Meeting Li Xuan

This is Li Xuan (pronouced Li Chen), my newest niece, born just one day after Adele. So cute and tiny tiny! We loved meeting her, and would really like some recent pictures (hint hint). I'm not even sure my brother reads my blog, so he may not get the hint.

We all had to take our turns holding the cuteness...I think Dane needs a baby. We are all anxious to see the gorgeous thing him and Jacque produces.

Russell's Graveside Service

My Great Uncle Russell passed away this year, the very end of July. We were his only family, and he was kind of a recluse, so we just had a small graveside service with my mom, Jill, Will, Calvin and me. He was buried in Gooding, near his brother (my grandpa) and my mom's brother and Calvin's namesake).

Grandma's 90-something birthday!

Grandma is super old this year...90-something. Once you get past 80, don't expect me to exactly remember your age. Hmmm, she might just be 90, I do have some memory of someone saying just 90. Anyhow, we partied it up at Johnny Carinos for some yummy Italian eats. By the way, like my mom's photography skills? ;)

4th of July

I have to say nothing is more aggrivating then buying an expensive camera, and having all your pictures turn out blurry. I'm not sure what was the prob here, dirty lens, a photographer that doesn't bother to read manuals, who knows, but here is the best of what I could salvage with the 4th.

Bug's Graduation

I'm behind on my posting, but here's Bug's graduation. Bug will be attending UVU on a cross-country scholarship this fall. This also makes Jill and empty nester at 42. Crazy that Jill's family is leaving the house, and I'm just starting mine.

Grandma's Getting Really Old...

We celebrated my grandma's trillionth birthday last month.  It was good times as you can see.  We're just glad she's still kicking it.

Calvin is my mom's brother, and my Grandmas son's namesake.  He love's going to her house and seeing the "meows."
