Christmas Pics

We had a great Christmas, and Calvin was a very lucky boy. He got a batman car from katelyn, his Trio Batcave from Grandma, a batman fishing pole, books, Moon Dough, movies, and mommy searched high and low for a giant "Breaky Man" otherwise known as Fantastic Four's the Thing. Calvin first spotted a giant ceramic Thing at a gift shop in Spokane. He had a giant melt down over the fact that we refused to buy the $50 ceramic. A. It was ceramic, not really play worthy. B. Sorry kid, I love you but $50 bucks is more than I spend on a just because gift ;) So I searched and searched for something comparable, and I think I found the only available one. He was stoked! Thank goodness!!! Santa also brought Calvin the Dragon house he had been begging for for 6 months. So it was a good day!

So Dino was given to me back in high school, we found him in my mom's closet and the boys loved him, until he popped...I was sad that he met his demise just barely after all these years.

I had to try out my new lens, so I got these cooperative (not) little guys to help. We didn't get anything you'd want to frame, but looking at them cracks me up. I think they had too much Kahlua creme pie too...I also love how Calvin thinks he's just one of the boys.

I asked Declan and Carter to sit together and smile for the camera and here we have "The Blue Steal."

Carter is in Karate and was showing me his moves, so of course Calvin had to try some out too.

The Haircut...

So we decided to take Calvin and Carter in for some haircuts...Calvin who has never had a problem with getting his haircut before, clearly had a different agenda this time. Our first attempt was unsuccessful, as you can see...putting on the apron, and then removing the apron.

Carter eagerly replaced Calvin in the jeep.

Mr. Playing it Cool now, with his sucker and video game. All is well.

4th of July

I have to say nothing is more aggrivating then buying an expensive camera, and having all your pictures turn out blurry. I'm not sure what was the prob here, dirty lens, a photographer that doesn't bother to read manuals, who knows, but here is the best of what I could salvage with the 4th.

Calvin and Carter had a great time with the sparklers until my baby grabbed one from the wrong end.
